If candidates are equally qualified, a lottery will be held no later than 2 business days after the application is submitted. “Equal qualification” means that multiple candidates meet the income requirement, have completed the entire application process, and are the best match for the property based on their preferences and the property’s specific characteristics.

If the property viewing takes place with the current tenant, you will receive an email request to schedule an appointment with the current tenant within 2 days. If the viewing takes place with a real estate agent, we will contact you by phone.

You may submit a maximum of 5 viewing requests at the same time. If you have submitted 5 viewing requests and were not selected for 1 viewing, you may submit a new request.

You may also respond only once per property. The system checks and flags every response. Duplicate responses (even with different email addresses but matching name and address information) will not give you an additional chance.

You can view the status of your viewing request in your account under “My Responses.” This status is updated 24 hours a day and is therefore always up to date.

As soon as the property appears in your account under “My Responses” with the status “Viewing Request Received,” the request has been successfully received. If it simply says “Interest,” then you haven't completed the request yet. You can complete it by clicking on “Request a Viewing.”

You have up to 48 hours (on business days) to respond to a newly available apartment. You can respond to the apartment in question via the email you received from us. By clicking the link in the email, you can fill out a response form, which will enter you into the lottery for this apartment.

Yes, you can apply for any housing listing you receive by email. Please note, however, that you must meet the rental requirements for that specific listing.
